Elk Townhomes

The Elk Townhomes project was a significant step forward in improving the quality of urban life. The ARD Group worked in association with the Housing Authority to acquire the land, which was the site of a dilapidated home. The ARD Group was able to transform the site by developing a multifamily building with an innovative design and attractive landscaping. The project was then offered at affordable rates and provided a mixed-income ownership opportunity for the city’s residents.
